Sounds like it could be a dud, mine can be charged up and only lose 20% over 3 or 4 days.

…’ll often charge it to 100% right before calling it quits for the night and by morning it’s at 80%. 20% drain in ten-ish hours while it rests unused is really terrible. Even today I started my day to find it at 10% because I didn’t charge it yesterday. Luckily it does…

Sounds like it could be a dud, mine can be charged up and only lose 20% over 3 or 4 days. Also, I never charge it via the ipad itself, it charges so quickly I charge it via the mains for maybe 30 mins – an hour.
