Perhaps I’m missing a trick, but why is this Apple’s problem?? Surely if people stop using Uber and complain to them because, you know its their app, their service…their problem? But, it seems to me the reason to complain to Apple is because Ubers customers know what a scummy company they are, and that they couldn’t give a toss about their customers and what they think?
